Habitat Construction Group appointed us to build their communal pool for stage 2 of the development.
A unique, but practical design was submitted and after minor changes, a final design was approved.
Due to the number of residents using the pool, a double filtration system with 4 x skimmers were installed. Two large chlorinators were installed to ensure chemicals were kept at an optimum level. Four flush niche Spa Electics LED lights were installed, creating an opportunity for some late night swimming.
A 400x400mm Dark Granite Coping finished off the pool with contrasting exposed aggregate surrounds.
A mid blue ceramic water line tile and a 1-2mm black and white pebble with a blue glass bead inclusion, completed the pool.
